The Story
This movie is about an assassin Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) better known as a "mechanic." His job requires complete perfection and any risk presented to his contractors would mean his death. Because of such a problem Bishop has to kill a good friend of his and while visiting his grave runs into the man's son, Steve (Ben Foster). Bishop takes Steve in under his wing and and shows him how to be a mechanic. Unfortunately for Bishop his new relationship with Steve means that he must remain detached because of the grief Steve faces is because of Bishop and he must try to keep that murder a secret.
The Review
This movie is good and I would suggest that the movie at the least is rented. I really like Ben Foster and as usual Statham is top notch in this action filled movie. The movie has the spy work of James Bond and the raw action of Die Hard. The movie has some humor and a good mix of gun fights a physical confrontations including a strong showing from Ben Foster. The movie drags a little bit since the "mechanics" don't do very many contracts through the movie only three or four missions are carried out. The way the contracts are carried out are reminiscent of Mission Impossible and really makes the movie more interesting especially the special ways they must "eliminate" some of the targets. I give this movie a 3.8 out of 5.

Ben Foster is a very intense actor...I felt he was trying to do a good job in this movie...Statham looked very bored...which is never a good sign in movies
